Spa Etiquette
We have prepared the following guidelines to assist you in your Spa experience
Spa Reservations:
In order to accommodate all your service choices, may we suggest making your reservation as far in advance as possible, However, we will do our best to accommodate you at any time. A credit card is required to guarantee any spa package at the time of booking.
Age Requirement:
Children are not permitted in the spa facilities unless they are having a service. A waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian for guests under the age if 18.
Check In:
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next guest. Full charge will apply.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid charges, please honour our 24 hour cancellation policy for single treatments. Spa packages and small group reservations require 48 hours notice, while large groups of 4 or more guests require 72 hours notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions:
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions; pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Talking with your Spa Therapist and Hair Stylist will help customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefits.
Guest Forms and Confidentiality:
In order to provide the best quality Spa experience, we ask that each gues fill out a health form. We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal and medical information confidential and well-secured.
Comfort and Attire:
Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are used at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. Spa robes, gowns, slippers and lockers are avaliable unpon request. Lockers rooms will also be supplied with hair products, blow dryers, shower gels and lotion. Estetica Day Spa cannot assume any responsibility for the loss or damage to personal articles.
Cell Phones and Pagers:
The Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guest by refraining from use of cellular phones and pagers.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is always appreciated, yet discretionary and based upon your enjoyment of your spa experience. You may choose to directly tip your Spa Therapist/Hairstylist or opt to use the gratuity envelopes located at reception.
Consultations:
Consultations on our services or products are avaliable over the phone or in our spa. All consultations are complementary.
Gift Cards:
Estetica gift cars make an ideal gift for any ocasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount or service and may be used towards products or services of your choice. Gift cards are guaranteed for the purchased dollar value, as service prices may change. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Payment:
We accept Cash, US currency, Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Personal or Company cheques are not accepted. All prices are subject to change. All prices are subject to change without notice.
